When this happens, you stop striving to achieve your goals, you stop challenging yourself, you let opportunities slip by, and you become overly complacent. The problem starts when you get too comfortable in your comfortable zone. After all, we all need to take time to relax and just “be” every now and then. There’s nothing wrong with spending some time in your comfort zone. This digital era allows me to work with my coach primarily over WhatsApp, receiving detailed exercise plans, running schedules, and even dietary advice. Much like a trusted GPS navigating us through unknown roads, a coach provides a clear path, enabling us to save time and avoid unnecessary obstacles.
